Ingredient list
500g whole-wheat flour
320ml warm water not hot
1 sachet yeast
1tsp honey
1tsp salt
120g cranberry or olives or nuts anything
Directions
Mix the honey & yeast and add to warm water. Add the flour to a mixing bowl and make a hole in the flour to add your water mixture and salt to. Mix it all together. Add your additional ingredients. Mix well.
Cover your dough with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 200°C and put a pot with high walls and lid in your oven to preheat.
Tip over your dough on floured work area and dust with flour. Work your dough into a round shape.
Carefully remove your hot pot from oven and put the dough in.
Bake for 40 min with the lid on and then finish for 15 min without lid to brown! Enjoy.
