Marinated Artichokes
Ingredients
Four artichokes heads clean + remove choke (core)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Rosemary
Lemons
Oregano
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
I first streamed the artichokes with lemon + rosemary & salt.
Grill for 30 min at 180°C with fresh garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, dried oregano, the juice of two lemons, don’t discard the lemons add them to the mix. Drizzle a good amount of olive oil over all of this.
Serve immediately or add to glass jar with more olive oil and keep in fridge. Perfect for your favourite pasta or enjoy as an antipasti with cheese!
