2 tablespoons water

LOTS of parmesan cheese
Directions
Ground beef
Chop the shallots + garlic. Add both of them to the pan of simmering olive oil.
Then add your ground beef and season to taste. We always add some of our favourite spices, so can you.
Lastly add your red wine and slowly let it simmer.
Napolitana sauce
Chop the shallots + garlic, place this in a pan with some olive oil and your Rosa tomatoes.
Start adding your salt, oregano, thyme and lastly basil. Now let it simmer.
Season with salt + pepper.
Add some more fresh basil.
Sphagetti
In a medium sized bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the flour, add the beaten egg, and mix. Mixture should form a stiff dough. If needed, mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons water.
On a lightly floured surface, knead dough for 5 minutes. With a pasta machine or by hand, roll the dough out to desired thinness. Use machine or knife to cut into strips of your desired width.
Toss it in a bowl with some more flour to make sure they do not stick to each other. You can now let them dry to use later or start boiling them right away.
